Abbraccio – Brassin spécial

  • Inspiration: Sour stout aged in oak barrels
  • Alcohol by Volume: 7.5% alc./vol.

Abbraccio is a darkly pigmented beer which has been fermented on seasonal and wild yeasts and has spent a year in red wine barrels, allowing it to enjoy both the present flora and the effort of time. Its nose, dominated by strong notes of mocha and cocoa, gives no indication of the acidity that is about to invade the mouth, which translates into aromas of sour cherry and red berry candies. From this encounter is born an embrace which we would like to last forever, reminding us that discoveries are often made in unexplored territories.
