L’Amère Indienne

This nation is like a spring freshet; it overruns its banks and destroys all who are in its path.

  • Inspiration: Saison IPA
  • Alcohol by Volume: 5% alc./vol.

Description

Evolved from an ingenious interbreeding of classic IPAs and saisons, the Amère Indienne resulted in a copper-coloured beer with a generous nose of flowers and spices. The palate presents a complex personality with flavours just waiting to blend with the enchanting scents previously revealed. The long and luscious finish leads to a sharp bitterness which we find echoed in American history textbooks.

Target Clientele

The offering of a blanket on a cold day is a blessing. Realizing it has been deliberately contaminated with the plague can afterwards lead to a certain bitterness, and even death. This beer is like a peace pipe and is designed for unconditional hop lovers.
