Adeptus Tenebris
Adeptus Tenebris
This dark blend, inspired by the video game Outlast, is an imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels with a hint of Saison aged in Sauternes barrels. It features a nose of toasted bread and cocoa, which is topped by tartaric and oxidative flavours and notes of black cherries on the palate. The result is sinister, somewhat frightening, but certainly spellbinding.
