Le 17e ciel

For our 17th anniversary, the Intrus cider allowed us to develop a barrel-aged beer aged in Brunello tuns on a base of McIntosh apple vats. From the first sip, you will be charmed by the taste of green apple blending perfectly with rather farmy notes. Le 17e Ciel presents a strong effervescence coming from a boosted fermentation in the bottle to imitate natural sparkling wines, worthy of the best sour saisons. This beer will give you a glimpse of the 17th heaven as we imagine it, a marriage between freshness and aging.
