Hop Rubis Red is the dry hopped version of the TDD’s traditional Irish Red Ale. This brew still presents highlights ranging from reddish-brown to ruby-red and features deep caramel and coffee aromas, which are now enhanced by notes of grapes, lemon and white flowers. The palate is uplifted by a light touch of smoke, which leads to a fresh and smoothly bitter finish.
