La Blanche au cassis

This beer was created following the rules of the art. Four hundred kilos of blackcurrants from Martin Laporte’s farm imparted their aroma and colour to the traditional Blanche de Shawi. As a result, this delectable beverage with a cloudy and pinkish haze features a delicate nose of berries and eucalyptus. Its palate is largely dominated by the charm and pleasant, thirst-quenching sensation that brings out the acidity of the praiseworthy purple berry.
