This non-filtered beer was made just the way it should be. For 10 days, 75 pounds of blueberries gave their aroma and color to the traditional Blanche de Shawi. The result is a delicious beverage with a purple-blue, cloudy hue and with a delicate scent of berries. The taste is similar to that of the Blanche de Shawi but with a subtle touch of blueberry that surfaces in the end.
