This unfiltered beer was created respecting the rules of the art. For 10 days, 400 kilos of sour cherries imparted their aroma and colour to the traditional Blanche de Shawi. As a result this delectable beverage, with a cloudy and orangey-pink haze, features a nose of berries. A delicious and thirst-quenching beverage!
