La Blanche aux Framboises

This non-filtered beer was made just the way it should be. For 10 days, 75 pounds of raspberries gave their aroma and color to the traditional Blanche de Shawi. The result is a delicious beverage that has a pinkish, cloudy hue with heavy scent of berries. The taste is mainly dominated by the charming, pleasant and refreshing sensation provided by the acidity of the honourable red raspberry.
