La P’tite Bockée

The P’tite Bockée beer is much like its older sister: it displays lots of character. It is a brown ale which under certain lighting can also show ruby highlights. It is topped with a persistent, dense head which saves the chocolate, black fruit and rock candy flavours until the end. In the mouth, a light bitterness from noble hops and roasted grains quickly gives way to intense flavours of chocolate malt and crème brûlée. To top it all off, the warmth of the alcohol creates a balance between its body and softness. The P’tite Bockée is quite something.
