Le P’tit Jus – «Sour» Edition

Le P’tit Jus is an IPA that underwent a mixed fermentation (lactic and traditional) with a blend of peaches, apricots and plums. It features a vibrant, golden hue with cloudy highlights, and is topped with a pure ivory head from which emerge enticing aromas of juicy apricots, fresh peach juice, plum brandy and green hops. Its palate sways freely between flavours, leaving it up to the taster to identify which of the fruity flavours they prefer. The whole thing is just acidulous enough to make this beer biting and wonderfully refreshing.
