Le Purgatoire – Archéoporter – Brassin spécial

Le Purgatoire, a prelude to the pleasures of the afterlife, is the fruit of a mutual affection between the Trou du diable and Dieu du Ciel! As its name suggests, it is a traditional porter aged 15 months in red wine barrels filled with wild yeasts. Its nose reveals intense notes of vanilla bean, toffee and sour cherries. Its palate, tart and traditionally lightly effervescent, expresses itself through the same flavours and features undertones of walnuts and coffee liqueur.
