L’Idée Noire
This is a black lager with a dark ruby color topped by mocha froth. Attractive brown sugar, coffee and hazelnut aromas invite the drinker to take a sip. The taste features surprising notes of mint and eucalyptus that give way to a clean bitterness with a cereal coffee taste that overwhelms the palate. This is a full-bodied malt beer with a very long finish.
