L’Ours noir – Barrel-Aged
L’Ours noir presents a dense coat under which hide natural aromas of beast, chocolate and fresh herbs. It is said that taming its slightly acidic espresso notes compares to developing the same relationship that a mother bear has with her cubs. L’Ours noir can be seen both during the daytime and nighttime, and frequently ambushes men, trying to bring them into its winter state of drowsiness.
