L’Oude Blanche underwent a lactic fermentation and a 1-month-long maceration process with 225 lbs of passion fruit. It has a vivid orange colour, a cloudy veil and is topped with a pure ivory head from which emerge enticing aromas. Its palate, dry and acidulous, is a cocktail of slightly spicy cherries, a dangerous combination which inspires decadence.
