Weizgripp Hefeweizen
“Hefe” means yeast in German and “Weizen” means wheat. We wanted to brew this non-filtered beer in the pure German tradition in order to preserve the good German yeast taste and the linking protein of wheat. At first sip, you will immediately notice a comfortable softness that ends with a delicate tangy note. Complex esters of mainly banana and pear titillate the tongue throughout.
