Willow Gose is a lacto-fermented beer in which 200 grams of blackcurrants per litre have macerated, giving it its deep purple colour. The nose evokes the fruit’s acidity combined with the presence of wheat, all of which sharpens the taster’s appetite. Its palate is a true ocean of freshness, full of grain and fruity aromas, that quickly gives way to a saline tang and a sensation of roundness.
