Abbraccio
Abbraccio
Abbraccio is a darkly pigmented beer which has been fermented on seasonal and wild yeasts and has spent a year in red wine barrels. Its nose, dominated by strong notes of mocha and cocoa, gives no indication of the acidity that is about to invade the mouth, which translates into aromas of sour cherry and red berry candies.
