Esteban
Esteban
Esteban is the first beer of a series commemorating 10 years of work done by a member of the Trou du Diable’s team. Imagined by Steven Kirouac and designed under the watchful eye and supervision of André, it is a porter in which have macerated 3 kilograms of organic cocoa and the zest of 50 organic oranges. This process resulted in a smooth dark-brown beer with a nose of chocolate, followed by hints of orange-grilled bread and hazelnuts. On the palate, the malty flavours mimic the expected aromas, which leads to the recognition of loyal service.

Who it is for
Nowadays, the TDD has about a hundred employees. Steven was the first one to whom we gave the rudder of the flagship that is our semi-circular bar and that is also the key to our dream come true. As of this writing, he still works the same shifts, on Sunday and Monday, after a decade of loyal service. This beer is designed for old-timers that are young at heart, faithful in friendship and loyal supporters.
