Our Krispy Kölsch is in line with the fine tradition of thirst-quenching beers of the city of Cologne, Germany, while proposing a hint of the New World. The Synergy Select malt, which is among the best in the land of Uncle Sam, comes from the north of Wyoming. It provides this blond beer with well-balanced aromas of grain and a smooth finish. A most pleasant delicate floral scent emanates from the Loral hops, from the Yakima Chief Ranch’s American Noble Hops series, a hop producer in Washington State since 1869. On the palate, the impression of a crusty loaf of bread precedes a persistent but light bitterness that prolongs the pleasure with each sip.
