La Bockée
Full-bodied brown ale that displays ruby red highlights under certain lighting. Its scent is predominately coffee and sugar thus veiling yeast and roasted bread aromas. It has a light hops taste that is punctuated by an explosion of chocolate, caramel and roasted cereals. The finish is winy and displays a light bitterness of roasted barley and yeast.
