Did you know that
First IPA brewed by the TDD, La Morsure was created upon the request of IPAs lovers aching for bitterness (hop heads). From a very few enthusiasts, they were soon an army to appreciate this traditionally brewed beer which offers slightly sweet caramelized malts notes balanced by the bitterness of the hops.
Joy is found in bitterness”
Who it is for
Beer fans looking for a thrill. It boasts a 77 IBU (International Bitterness Unit) that will leave your taste buds wondering what hit them! This is a sturdy and bitter beer that was, in a time where that style was way less common, made for a gang of hops maniacs who harassed the brewer until he gave in to their thirst for alpha-acids. La Morsure is the very first IPA we ever made and we still enjoy it as much as the first day we had our first sip.
