La Viennoise
La Viennoise
The brilliant golden-copper color of the Viennoise is very eye-catching. Its delicate scent of candy blends well with the elegant, vegetal aromas coming from the noble hops. In the mouth, the Viennoise is vivid, sparkling, dry and crunchy. It has a cookie-like palate that accompanies a subtle bitterness. The Viennoise is long in the mouth, which recalls her first German cousin (the Germaine).

Who it is for
Invented during the mid 1800’s, this style declined until the beginning of the 20th century when Austrian brewers emigrated to Mexico and gave the Vienna Lager a real renaissance. This refreshing red ale will satisfy dry gullets.
