Le Lion
Our lion is a creature recognizable by its golden-yellow coat and ephemeral mane, with an extra-thin body and slightly woody aromas. Acidulous and vinous on the nose, it predicts an especially dry palate, where residual sugars are as uncommon as calm on the open sea. Its finish offers lemony and acidulous flavours, similar to those of farm ciders.
