Les Limbes – Brassin spécial

Collaboration with Luc «BIM» Lafontaine anciennement de Dieu Du Ciel!, now at Godspeed Brewery. Les Limbes is a traditional Flanders red ale. Brewed by two legendary Quebec breweries, Le Trou du Diable and Dieu du Ciel!, Les Limbres showcases the shared passion of these renowned craft brewers. Matured for twenty-four months in red wine barrels, it has top notes of balsamic and sour cherry; and middle notes of vanilla and hazelnut. The mouthfeel is fruity, and reminiscent of red wine. The finish is sublime.
