Mellifera

Mellifera

The Mellifera is a veiled beer to which is added 530kg of local honey during the boiling process, which is followed by a lactic fermentation that gives it subtle acid notes. It features a nose of lemony mead aromas, with a subtle hint of honey candies. Floral notes also punctuate the palate, thus confirming unequivocally that sweetness can sometimes express itself through a colorful personality.

Who it is for

Hailing from times of antiquity, the symbol of sweetness and the quintessential essence of the daytime starlight exalted by flowers, honey expresses itself in this beer as a genuine cure. Fans of Abeille Gélinas, grizzly bears, people with colds, and, mostly, lovers of acidulous and thirst-quenching beers will certainly be stung with a thirst for the Mellifera.
