Ninja Pale Ale
Ninja Pale Ale
The Ninja pale ale is a mahogany-coloured beer with a sweet nose of caramel and hop cones. Its palate features a round body that provides an underlying bed of malty caramel with undertones of fruits, such as candied orange and pineapple. The finish is a bitter trick, an ambush which tests the neophyte’s capacity to adapt.

Who it is for
The Ninja pale ale is the 500th brew in the history of the Trou du diable. It was developed in collaboration with Luc “Bim” Lafontaine, former brewer of Dieu du Ciel!, now expatriated in Japan to perfect his knowledge of Ninjutsu in an ancestral dojo located on Mount Haku. As a cover, he pretends to be a brewer about to start his business in the Land of the Rising Sun.
Update: We are now partners with Bim for the GODSPEED BREWERY project in Toronto. (Oct 5th 2016)
