SMaSH 4.0 Apocalypse (Polaris)
SMaSH 4.0 Apocalypse (Polaris)
SMaSH got its name from the English expression “single malt, single hop”. Hence, it is made of a single type of malt, in this case the Pilsner, and of a single strain of hop, namely the Polaris, a German high alpha-acid hop (21%). The IPA designation, which usually announces an amber or red beer, offers here a blond beer with greenish highlights. Its nose reveals resinous aromas which clearly evoke pine gum. The palate, for its part, is attacked by an unusual robustness that stretches out to a lingering bitterness, behind which a subtle and fruity roundness strives, with great effort, to rise.

Who it is for
Brewed on the 21st of December 2012, in the middle of the apocalypse, this beer will change the destiny of humanity at the Last Judgment. Custom made for dark heroes of bitterness, it is without a doubt the most exciting challenge anyone questioning the relevance of bitterness can face.
