SMaSH Sorachi
SMaSH Sorachi
SMaSH got its name from the English expression “single malt, single hop”. Hence, it is made of a single type of malt and a single strain of hop, in this case the Sorachi, a crossbreed between Brewer’s Gold and Saazer. This combination results in a blond beer with cloudy highlights and a nose featuring surprising aromas of lemon and pickled cucumbers. Its palate first presents a pleasant freshness that then stretches out to a persistent bitterness.
