SMaSH Wakatu
SMaSH Wakatu
SMaSH got its name from the English expression “single malt, single hop”. Hence, it is made of a single type of malt and a single strain of hop, in this case the Wakatu, in the Maori language meaning Nelson, the area where it is grown. The IPA designation, which usually announces an amber or red beer, offers here a blond beer with greenish highlights. Its nose features slightly spicy, herbaceous aromas with subtle notes of lime peel. Its dry and spicy palate presents a great freshness and a persistent bitterness.
