St-Maurice
St-Maurice is an ultra dry, cloudy blond with a complex nose of white flesh fruits, red wine and greenery aromas. Fermented with 100% wild yeasts in Tuscan red wine barrels, this beer offers on the palate a pleasant acidity and a straightforward and lasting bitterness. These properties make it the perfect companion for long nights when thirst refuses to be vanquished.

Did you know
A lot of things make this beer unique. This is the only TDD’s grisette to undergo a flavour maturation process, it is 100% fermented with Brettanomyces in Tuscan barrels. Afterwards, it is transferred into stainless vats to remove the excess yeast and then aged in casks for another year.
