Weizgripp Kristallweizen

Like its little sister – the Weizgripp Hefeweizen – this is a German inspired wheat beer. This time though, specialty malts were added to confer to it an amber color and deeper notes of cookie-like cereals. It also is very clear due to filtration. In the mouth, most of the fruit notes are masked by the dryness which makes it very refreshing. It is slightly tangy and has a clear assault of alcohol.
