Les Quatre surfeurs de l’Apocalypso
Les Quatre surfeurs de l’Apocalypso
Apocalypso is a veiled beer that perfectly combines the elegance of Belgian whites with the complex, hoppy character of American IPAs. Topped with a generous head, it features aromas of resin, candy, litchi, and pear. Its smooth palate is like a long lasting wave of piny bitterness just asking to be ridden.

Did you know that
Having a younger brewing tradition than Europe, America dares more frequently to be bold by mixing up styles and processes. The TDD paved the way by creating a White IPA with wheat instead of white yeast; with a ratio of 40% wheat and 60% barley. This hybrid process, which includes the addition of Calypso hops, is similar to the brewing process of NEIPAs.
Mahalo nui loa na ho’olaule’a me la kaua. Aloha `oe.”
Who it is for
As predicted by the prophet Zacharie Delaplaya, the Four Surfers of the Apocalypse will soon emerge to sound the death knell of summertime. Splitting the sea foam from atop their mounts, they’ll arrive at great speed to announce to the sun-lovers and terrace dwellers the end of this lovely season. So enjoy the time you have left to knock back a pint and live each day as if it was the last act. Carpe diem!
