Oude Blanche aux cerises
Oude Blanche aux cerises
L’Oude blanche aux cerises is the result of a 3-month-long maceration process of 450 pounds of cherries in 800 litres of white beer, which previously underwent a wild yeast lactic fermentation. It has a stimulating reddish-purple colour and a cloudy veil, and is topped with a rich ivory head from which emerge enchanting aromas of sour fruit. Its palate, dry and acidulous, is a cocktail of slightly spicy cherries, which slyly engenders a powerful and mysterious magnetic attraction in the taster.
