La Shawinigan Handshake est une bière voilée à la couleur pêche. Son nez rappelle la brioche, la banane et le sapinage, assemblage propre à la levure allemande et au houblon Chinook qui la composent. Sa bouche, effervescente, marie agréablement la douceur du blé à l’amertume du houblon, le tout s’étirant dans une finale sèche et rafraîchissante.
